Christina and Matt were planning a fabulous destination wedding in Key Largo, Florida at the Ocean Reef Club and wanted to create a chic, tropical but neutral wedding invitation suite. We started with a fabulous monogram that the bride created herself, fashioning it after her favorite Champagne label, Veueve Cliquot. I'll go ahead and have a glass, thank you. Packaging was important, as the bride works in advertising and loves branding (always a bonus). Amanda and Vincent were having a gorgeous, black-tie affair for their summer wedding in Great Neck, New York. We glammed up the invitations with rose gold foil and offset it with the perfect charcoal gray. We opted for Lettra's double-thick fluorescent white paper for a super-crisp and clean look. The large monogram and high-contrast palette gave it an overall romantic, yet modern feel, The full suite had a warm gray RSVP envelope, and a letterpressed RSVP card printed on cotton paper for a deep impression. As Allison and Chuck were planning a black tie December wedding, we took a cue from the reception venue that was nestled along Houston’s Buffalo Bayou. We anchored the suite around a deep forest green to reflect the bayou’s lush backdrop of oak and pine trees on the water. The glimmers of copper were reminiscent of the city's lights reflecting on the water and embracing a holiday color scheme. This one is so unique and a joy for me to share. I met Melissa Fitzerald and Joseph West in my previous career, working for Downtown Houston. I was so honored when they came to me for their wedding invitations, and I knew that we would come up with something that could only be for Melissa and Joe.  Before I get into stationery details... their story gives me some warm and fuzzies. I don't usually get FOMO, but my goodness... This photoshoot, this place, this dream team of wedding creatives! The Sands Hotel & Spa was the incredible and inspiration backdrop for this photoshoot.
