Kelly's best girls planned a festive champagne-filled evening to shower her with pretty "unmentionables." For her invitation, we used whimsical hand-lettered calligraphy and elegant type for an overall girlish, yet sophisticated feeling. I was honored to design an invitation and menu for my lovely friend's bridal shower dinner party earlier this month. Her bridesmaids put together a fabulous dinner party, complete with a six-course meal! We used black, white, gold, champagne with subtle blush accents, to match Sarah's wedding colors. I sprinkled in some custom calligraphy on the invitation, dinner menu, envelopes and place cards. I have to say, this is the way to go for intimate showers.
