I was honored to design an invitation and menu for my lovely friend's bridal shower dinner party earlier this month. Her bridesmaids put together a fabulous dinner party, complete with a six-course meal! We used black, white, gold, champagne with subtle blush accents, to match Sarah's wedding colors. I sprinkled in some custom calligraphy on the invitation, dinner menu, envelopes and place cards.
I have to say, this is the way to go for intimate showers. All the guests got a chance to sit and actually talk -- tell stories, drink wine and catch up on everyone's lives -- so much better than chit-chat over cupcakes!
.. I mean, such a scrumptious dinner, right? The hosts did such a great job on every dish! I could eat champagne sorbet every night. Cheers, Sarah! xo
