This one is so unique and a joy for me to share. I met Melissa Fitzerald and Joseph West in my previous career, working for Downtown Houston. I was so honored when they came to me for their wedding invitations, and I knew that we would come up with something that could only be for Melissa and Joe.  Before I get into stationery details... their story gives me some warm and fuzzies. This wedding was held in the heart of winter and a few days after the New Year, so I couldn't help but be influenced by bubbly champagne and festive confetti.  Kyle and Molly met in college where they both played sports for the university and got married in the bride's hometown of Philadelphia. Since the church and reception venue were both more than 150 years old, we developed a classic design on the invitation suite and injected playful, modern touches to reflect the couple's energetic spirit. I wanted to refresh my personal stash of thank you notes again. Check out last year's set here. So, naturally I decided to turn it into a product for the shop! I played around with the Tombow pen brush again, just doing an exaggeration of my own handwriting and then thickening the downstrokes. For me, the key to coming out with good letters is to not overthinking perfection too much.
