I don't usually get FOMO, but my goodness... This photoshoot, this place, this dream team of wedding creatives!
The Sands Hotel & Spa was the incredible and inspiration backdrop for this photoshoot. I'm having major tile envy. I already had the deep desire to tile every wipeable surface with fabulous graphic tile but this place sealed the grout (heyo!)
Designed by renowned interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard, one of Architectural Digest’s Top 100 designers in the world, the property is the first designer boutique hotel in the prominent and exclusive community of Indian Wells, California. A combination of Bullard’s Moroccan-inspired influence and a mid-century vibe that is synonymous with the desert’s everlasting allure, the Sands Hotel & Spa is an exotic, luxurious and personalized take on hospitality.
The invites were clearly inspired by the graphic black and white Moroccan tile, and mid-century type that makes Palm Springs a type-nerd's dream. We accented the black and white with pops of coral, poppy and chartreuse.
For the menus, we gave them a Moroccan shape, continued with black and white theme, to let it melt in the background a little. The mix of tropical florals, metallic accents and graphic curtains really makes this place setting feel modern and romantic.
This mirrored mosaic wall and pink tiled floor feels so fresh and feminine. A perfect little nook for bridal portraits or to take that final breath for you walk down the aisle.
