Amanda's sister came to me looking for a fun invitation to celebrate a fabulous bachelorette weekend. She knew Amanda would like anything girly and sparkly, so I came up with a pink and glittery-gold invitation packed with information for the celebration ahead. All of the lettering was done by hand using a mix of traditional calligraphy and print lettering, giving the invitation a funky mix-and-match look that was unified by an oblique calligraphy pen. What's a better way to escape the NYC heat than a day by the pool? Gloria's bachelorette party had a day in the sun, followed by a night on the town -- complete with tacos and a psychic! We wanted these bachelorette party invitations suite to exude summer -- bright colors, modern typography and cheerful polka dots sprinkled throughout the invite.
