Amanda and Vincent were having a gorgeous, black-tie affair for their summer wedding in Great Neck, New York. We glammed up the invitations with rose gold foil and offset it with the perfect charcoal gray. We opted for Lettra's double-thick fluorescent white paper for a super-crisp and clean look. The large monogram and high-contrast palette gave it an overall romantic, yet modern feel, The full suite had a warm gray RSVP envelope, and a letterpressed RSVP card printed on cotton paper for a deep impression. When I first met with Kira and Trey, the top priority for the couple was to create a welcoming invitation that had hints of festive, tropical graphics and understated elegance for their four day celebration in the Mexican Riviera Maya. For the color palette, we steered clear of typical over-saturated “fiesta” colors, and selected natural, sunbleached colors accented by soft metallics. We honored Mexico’s flora and fauna by incorporating lush palms and sweet little animals throughout the invitation. I'm so late to share these invitations -- Lindsay and Michael were married a year ago today at a winery in Dripping Springs, Texas -- Happy Anniversary, Lightfoots! Tonia and Troy set out to have a fabulous black tie West Palm Beach wedding, so we pulled out all the stops with a full script invitation printed with navy letterpress gold foil stamping. We added super chic golden pineapples and flamingos, against a lush banana leaf print to give the formal invitation a touch of Southern Florida personality. Alexys & Matt were getting married in Lake Tahoe, California and wanted a rustic and elegant invitation to match their ceremony. We started with a rose gold foil invitation with a monogram and a few nautical lake details and a loose, romantic monogram. We found the perfect Lake Tahoe vintage post card that added the most beautiful hues of pink, blue and green that remind me of a foggy spring morning. The kraft envelopes were were calligraphed by Dionne of Nib & Pixel with white ink, and foil-stamped on the back with white foil. I loved all the light details for this...
