Hi! It's been more than six months since I've posted work on my blog. What happened? I had a baby and have been enjoying the life out of her and her big brother. Andrea and Matt's wedding invitations were such a special project to work on. I've known the Matt since we were tiny tots, and I had a small part in introducing him to his lovely bride, Andrea. While I can't take any credit for their undeniable chemistry and oh-so-fun wedding, I was lucky enough to work with them on their wedding invitations. We took a little inspiration from the wedding venue, the 1926-built Julia Ideson Building, which now serves as a public library in downtown Houston. Rawwr! So my good friends Cristina and Sam had their wedding at the Houston Museum of Natural Science, which was such an amazing wedding venue, by the way. Working with them was really special because they're both good friends of my husband and I, and it's been awesome to see them go from 'dating' to 'married' and all the wonderful stages along the way.
