This wedding was held in the heart of winter and a few days after the New Year, so I couldn't help but be influenced by bubbly champagne and festive confetti. Kyle and Molly met in college where they both played sports for the university and got married in the bride's hometown of Philadelphia. Since the church and reception venue were both more than 150 years old, we developed a classic design on the invitation suite and injected playful, modern touches to reflect the couple's energetic spirit. Megan knew right off the bat she wanted charcoal gray and gold to be the main focus of her wedding invitations. I happily obliged, as it's one of my personal favorite neutral color combinations. The wedding itself would romantic and rustic, so we used Debi Sementelli's flirty Cantoni script to reflect that theme. I love the opportunity to work on rehearsal dinner invitation to keep the overall aesthetic cohesive with the rest of the collateral. For Hadley and Jayson's rehearsal dinner, we used their gorgeous gold foil and navy letterpress invitation as a guide. Instead of doing letterpress and foil, we flat-printed in shades of blue and went a little more bold with the typography. Brianna and Max's San Antonio summer wedding invitations started with a dusty blue paper, Rifle Paper Co.'s emerald peony patter for envelope liners, and pops of green and pink to match. This couple met in college at Trinity University in San Antonio, so they definitely wanted to include a fun wedding map with all their favorite San Antonio hot spots.
