Kennedy and Christopher were looking for classic Save the Dates with a little extra oomph. To give the cards a truly custom look, I mixed some hand-lettering with classic typography. Gold is still king! We had the design hot foil-stamped onto a textured Italian paper and framed out with Stardream's antique gold, with a matching liner to boot. This New York bride and her fiance were charmed by the sleepy town of Boca Grande while they were on a weekend getaway in Southwest Florida. The relaxed southern ambiance and candy-colored cottages provided the perfect setting for the couple to escape the cold and host their families to celebrate their marriage. Kelly's bachelorette party was being celebrated at Lake Charles's newest casino, The Golden Nugget. Since the ladies would be lounging at one of the Golden Nugget's swanky poolside cabanas, we decided to forgo any Vegas elements and ran with a "glamorous tropics" theme. I was honored to design an invitation and menu for my lovely friend's bridal shower dinner party earlier this month. Her bridesmaids put together a fabulous dinner party, complete with a six-course meal! We used black, white, gold, champagne with subtle blush accents, to match Sarah's wedding colors.
